Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location near Florence Nightingale Hospital, making it convenient for those visiting for medical reasons. The rooms, however, left much to be desired as they weren't very clean and had some noise issues. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and patient, which made dealing with any concerns much easier. Dining could use improvement too, as the options were just okay.
Overall, I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, although a bit noisy at times, especially if the windows were open. The staff was generally unprofessional, except for one standout, Murat, who was really helpful and friendly. The location was nice and felt safe, especially for families, but it's a bit far from major attractions. Dining had its ups and downs; while there were some good choices available, it could definitely improve in quality and variety.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great for families and is super convenient for those visiting Florence Nightingale Hospital, I found the rooms to be in need of better cleaning, with some unpleasant smells. On the bright side, the staff was quite helpful, although I did encounter a bit of unfriendliness from one person. Overall, there are definitely some pros and cons to consider.
The hotel generally offers a good experience with spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere. However, my stay was marred by a concerning incident where a significant amount of money was stolen. Despite that, the hotel has its merits, and I would consider returning in the future, though I'm not entirely sure at this point.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was safe and convenient, particularly for families, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the dining options were limited and could definitely use improvement. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, there was one incident with a rude front desk member that left a bit of a sour note.
